Jeddah – The Haramain High Speed ​​Train Project has announced that the parking fee at the Jeddah Sulaymaniyah Railway Station has been reduced from 10 Rials to 1 Rial per hour for the first five hours during Ramadan.

This is aimed at reducing the number of vehicles in the Al Saidi parking lots and other designated parking areas at the entrances to Makkah. It also aims to promote the train from Sulaymaniyah station to allow Jeddah residents to complete their journey to Makkah in a shorter time.

Pilgrims and worshipers can take advantage of the public transport service arranged by the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites on arrival at the railway station in Ruzaifa, Makkah. Ryan Alharbi, operations manager of the Haramain High Speed ​​Train project, informed that 84 trips will be operated between Makkah and Jeddah per day and the economy class ticket price has been reduced to 23 riyals per trip. He said that train journeys between Jeddah and Makkah will be increased to 100 per day during the last ten days of Ramadan.
