The Court of Don Benito releases the baby’s mother on provisional release from the cause of an alleged illegal adoption

The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Don Benito has decreed the provisional release with the obligation to appear in court on the 1st and 15th of each month, for the mother of the baby subject to an alleged illegal adoption denounced by the Hospital Don Benito-Villanueva in which the investigated gave birth.

The judge, as he did with the couple investigated for the crimes of illegal adoption and document falsification, has ordered the withdrawal of the passport for the mother and a restraining order on the minor.

The investigated is the fourth in this case that is being followed for the crimes of illegal adoption and documentary falsification.
