With almost 12,000 dissatisfactions addressed from the Provincial Office for Attention to the Population, attached to the Administration, 6,643 more than in 2021, this structure that mediates between the people and the entities of the province, including the those related with complaints, approaches and opinions in the 11 municipalities.
Etecsa, Vivienda, Acueducto y Alcantarillado and Public Health lead the most reiterated organizations among the concerns of the people of Artemisa, to which are added Commerce and Gastronomy, Physical Planning, Housing, among others, who have the task of giving answers, monitoring and about all show sensitivity when dealing with complainers.
This is how Ricardo Concepción Rodríguez, the Governor, insisted, because if people come to our offices to raise their situation, approach us on tours and look for other ways to get their opinion closer to us, it is a sign of confidence in our system and in the responsibility we assume, explained.
During 2022, and so far this year, the dissatisfaction due to the shortage of drinking water, the leaks and the clogging, plus the limited public transport service, the lack of response to the request for land and the high prices, are complaints recurring that mark the daily life in the offices.
Nilda Hernández, in charge of the Office of Attention to the Population in the province, recognized for her work, training and cohesion with her subordinates, distinguished Bauta, Artemisa and Caimito as the best municipalities in this procedure towards the people.
Meanwhile, a group of organizations were recognized, among them the Artemisa Business Group, to which 15 companies are subordinated, with Dinorah Acosta Fernández, as a specialist in charge of this activity.
At the meeting, Acosta Fernández said that in his recognition the work of a person or a day does not go, there is a citizen’s right to present his opinion with respect and ethics, and on the other hand, the duty to respond promptly, quickly and adherence to the truth, and therein lies the essence.
