Djougou Town Hall: The new mayor Yaya Idrissou installed today

Following the election of the former mayor of the commune of Djougou, Malick Gomina to the National Assembly, the Bloc Républicain party appointed Yaya Idrissou to lead the destinies of the commune. The session convened for its installation is scheduled for this Monday, April 03, 2023 from 3 p.m. Municipal councilor before his appointment, the new tenant of Djougou City Hall, Yaya Idrissou, is a former militant of the ABT alliance and a founding member of the Bloc Républicain. He had the confidence of the charismatic leader of the Republican Bloc, Abdoulaye Bio Tchané and several other officials to occupy the chair of the mayor of the city. Elected councilor in the district of Kolokondé, he has sat on the Municipal Council of Djougou since 2020 and will be installed in his new prerogatives as mayor of the municipality today.
