“Eesti Gaas” informed that previously LNG was imported from the USA and Norway through the Klaipeda terminal in Lithuania, but now cooperation with the Inko terminal has started.

Ten gas deliveries are planned for the company this year until autumn. In January and March, Klaipėda terminal received three LNG cargoes from the USA and Norway, while seven cargoes ordered by “Eesti Gaas” will be delivered to Inko in spring and summer.

Last year, “Eesti Gaas” delivered five large batches of gas through the Klaipeda terminal.

Using the “Elenger” brand, “Eesti Gaas” operates in several foreign markets – in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland. In total, the company has 50,000 customers.

The sole shareholder of “Eesti Gaas” is “Trilini Energy”, a subsidiary of the Estonian investment company “Infortar”.

In Estonia, “Eesti Gaas” delivers natural gas to its customers through pipelines, as well as compressed and liquefied natural gas, and manages the largest gas distribution network in the country.
