The legendary “super lover” Don Juan, whose name has become a household name, is credited with having love affairs with thousands of women. And although there are still disputes over whether there was a real prototype of this Spanish lecher or it was just a collective literary image, there were many contenders for his scandalous fame at all times, not excluding the present.
One of them was billionaire Michael Gauguin, who settled in Whitefish (Montana) a few years ago and turned this town nestled in the Rocky Mountains into his feudal fiefdom – something like a “banana republic” in which he controls law enforcement and maintains a kind of “harem” consisting of young women.
These and other serious allegations are contained in a civil lawsuit filed in federal district court in Montana. Gauguin’s companies employ hundreds of local residents, and he also owns several “brothels” to which he brings dozens of young women for “sexual acts,” the indictment says. Gauguin maintains a list of women with whom he had sexual intercourse, and this list contains about 5,000 names.
Gauguin, who lives with his fourth wife, built a huge 75,000 square meter estate in Whitefish. ft., which has a 30,000 sq. m. anti-nuclear bunker. feet, capable of accommodating 25 people throughout the year.
