Biel Mas, a young pearl of Basketball Girona, was proclaimed yesterday with Catalonia runner-up of Spain in Mini in Tarragona. Mas, trained at La Salle Palamós, where he is from, plays for Básquet Girona after attracting the attention of Marc Gasol’s club coaches.
