A Court rescues several abandoned domestic animals in La Gomera

The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of San Sebastián de La Gomera has authorized today Friday the Civil Guard to remove domestic animals abandoned by their owner “in deplorable conditions” on a farm in the municipality of Vallehermoso (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) . The court order responds to a request made by the Deprona-Garajonay of the Civil Guard after carrying out an inspection on a farm located in the hamlet of Los Manantiales-Chipude and detecting, among other neglected animals, three dogs -two female pointers , Pinta and Laika, and a mestizo, Felipe- and a goat “in deplorable hygienic and sanitary conditions, lacking food and water, presenting wounds without healing one of them,” according to the report sent to the Court…
