After that, he directed different films like Sushama Buradas, Housebull, Ivan, Rain in the Umbrella, Similar Sandal, Shadow of the Night.
Pacchakuthira is the movie directed by him. This movie was released in 2006. This film will be like another New Path film. The story of the film is about how a poor man living in a slum is turned into a good man by a woman. This film failed to impress the fans.
Speaking to a media recently, Parthiban said, ‘The reason for the failure of that film was Namitha as the heroine. It was my fault. It is a heavy character. However, the image of Namitha was different among the fans. Fans saw her as an attractive virgin. Therefore, the fans did not accept his acting in that role’, Parthiban had said.
