Alon Adar and band and Hava Alberstein in a new joint song. The undisputed queen of Hebrew singing, a friend of Alon Adar and a band for a beautiful performance by Leah Goldberg.

The Golden Road by Alon Ader and a band was born out of inspiration after listening to the corporation’s podcast on George Harrison. ‘You have no right to pardon the world’ is also the result of an encounter with radio, the live radio. Achinam Bar prepared a special program on Gali Tzahal about Leah Goldberg and asked Alon to compose her text.

Alon connected to the heartbreaking words that direct a conscious look. “After the sketch was ready, it occurred to me to send the song to Hava Alberstein, who composed a few songs for her latest album,” says Alon. Then when Eve’s beautiful album came out, even with the songs I composed, I mustered up the courage through some of the joint interviews we did, in which I was in the role of the boy, and offered her to sing a duet.

“She agreed straight away and the song was immediately reborn with the woman’s unique charisma and charm that I would not find enough words to glorify her, but above all she did not have the age and she was still vocal and curious and it was super exciting to record with her.”

Listen to the new song:

Lyrics: Leah Goldberg Composer: Alon Ader Alon

Lyrics:

You have no right of pardon in the world
Everything was decided
Your dreams are drowning in the sea
And you say poetry
