Minister Senthilbalaji: The Electricity Board has devised several mechanisms to provide new electricity connection. Electricity connection can be provided accordingly. Sometimes there is a situation where the neighbor can go to court if the link is given in violation of the rules.
The Member said that two sectors are involved. The chief minister will take it to his notice and talk to the senior minister to find a solution.
Minister Nehru: The member seeks exemption after constructing the building in violation of the rules. There are not only buildings that violate the rules but also buildings that are built arbitrarily without following any rules.
In this regard, after discussing with the Chief Minister, we decided to ask the court about imposing fines and restrictions on the buildings that violated the rules. To that, ‘Then why the law; The court has said that the law itself can be taken away.
