Four individuals have been arrested on suspicion of committing a terrorist crime, and one of them was subsequently released after negotiations. The suspicions against all five individuals remain. The arrests were made during a coordinated operation in Eskilstuna, Linköping, and Strängnäs on April 4th. The security police are leading the preliminary investigation under the prosecutors’ guidance at the national unit for security cases.
