On March 17, the death of american actor Lance Reddick after being found dead at his home in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the news about his death continues to give people something to talk about after the actor’s lawyer began a legal dispute over the results of the first autopsy.
As reported TMZ, Lance Reddick died of two heart conditions: ischemic heart disease and atherosclerotic artery disease. However, the actor’s lawyer will seek to impute the result after assuring that Reddick had never presented related symptoms and “no autopsy was performed”.
This was what James Hornstein commented to Entertainment Weekly:
“To the best of my knowledge, no medical examination of Lance during his lifetime indicated such conditions (…) The information on the death certificate is totally inconsistent with his lifestyle.”
According to the lawyer, “[Lance Reddick] He was the fittest person I’ve ever met.”. Hornstein also notes that Reddick’s lifestyle included daily workouts in his home gym, extensive cardio work, and a strict diet. In fact, Reddick’s contracts included “the availability of gym facilities” as part of his priorities.
Lance Reddick was mainly known in his role in the series The Wire of HBO as well as for his work on the films of John Wick. However, Reddick was also part of the video game industry in titles like Quantum Break, Horizon Zero Dawn y Destiny, and it was even Albert Wesker in Resident Evil the Netflix.
