Mayor of Libertador provided medical assistance to residents of Morichal Largo

The municipal authority, Carlos Requena, provided comprehensive care to the indigenous community of the South, benefiting 468 people, including adults, women, youth, and children.

CWith a view to deepening the social revolution in the Libertador municipality, Mayor Carlos Requena offered a medical and social day in the indigenous community of Morichal Largo, benefiting 468 southerners.

The deployment is part of the Safe Easter 2023 operation, which year after year is carried out in this town, receiving the support of its inhabitants.

“Following the guidelines of our President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Ernesto Luna, we are touring the catacombs of the town, providing the greatest amount of happiness to the vulnerable sectors of the entity,” he said.

Requena pointed out that general medical assistance was reinforced with the free delivery of medicines and vaccination days.

Similarly, 150 toys were given to the boys and girls treated in the operation, in addition to 150 Clap benefits to the families assisted.

Julio Morillo, chief of the indigenous community, thanked the unrestricted support given by the government of Carlos Requena, “a leader with a vocation for service, who attends to the priorities of the people,” he said.
