Hoxter (red). FSJler and trainer Ben Edelmann would like to make great sports offers in daycare centers, schools and in public places and children’s birthday parties. But how is he supposed to transport all the sports equipment there? In order to solve this problem in an environmentally friendly way, HLC Höxter decided to purchase an electric cargo bike. Ben and other trainers can transport the play and sports equipment to where the children are without emissions. The HLC would like to set an example in terms of sustainability and show that a sports club can also work in a resource-saving manner. The planned new sports offers should be easily accessible and usable for all children. So getting started is easy and the prompting character is great.
How to support
The HLC has started a crowdfunding campaign with the VerbundVolksbank OWL to finance the electric cargo bike. Every donation counts. You do not have to be a member of the association to make a donation. You can simply register and then donate a smaller or larger amount. Every donation is doubled by the Volksbank (up to 25 euros). Many small donations help the most!
