A total of 640 new cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
The State Department of Public Welfare has released the data on the Corona impact situation in Tamil Nadu in a press release. Of the 1,02,544 people tested, only 640 were confirmed to be infected.
Following this, the total number of victims in Tamil Nadu has increased to 27,37,335.

A further 692 people have recovered from the infection and returned home. 11 people have fallen victim to the disease.
So far a total of 26,93,143 people have recovered from the infection and returned home. 36,644 people have fallen victim to the disease.
As of today, 7,548 people are still being treated for the infection.
