During the night of Monday, a 25-year-old man was brought into Skaraborg hospital’s emergency room with serious injuries. The police were notified immediately. The hospital staff reported an extremely serious assault and suspected the man had been inflicted with injuries. The man, who suffered from injuries to almost all parts of his body, was interviewed by the police and claimed that he received his injuries around 01:30 before arriving at the emergency room. Two suspects were arrested in their absence, and the police found out an address in Skara where the assault allegedly took place. The two suspects were arrested and are now held on suspicion of the crime. Despite the serious injuries, the man’s condition is said to be stable.
It was during the night of Monday that a 25-year-old man came into the emergency room at Skaraborg hospital with extensive and serious injuries. He had been driven there by a relative.
– The police were called in quite immediately, says Stefan Gustafsson, the police’s press officer.
Violent violence to the head
It was the staff at the hospital who contacted the police. A report of extremely serious assault was drawn up, as it was considered obvious that the man had been inflicted with the injuries.
– He has extensive injuries that touch almost all parts of the body, and has been exposed to some severe violence to the head.
The injured man has been interviewed by the police. Among other things, he is said to have stated that he received his injuries around 01:30, about an hour before he arrived at the emergency room.
Two men arrested
During the night, the police became aware of an address in Skara where the assault allegedly took place, and two suspected men were arrested in their absence. On Monday morning, they were arrested by the police, and they are now being held on suspicion of the crime.
Despite the serious injuries, the condition of the man who was abused is said to be stable.
