The Metropolitan State Traffic Inspectorate has summed up the results of the first month of operation of new complexes for photo and video recording of speed violations installed on the vehicles of the traffic center. The devices are mounted in a beam with special signals on the roof of the cars, and their visibility is 360 degrees.

“Since the beginning of the introduction of new systems of photo and video recording of the speed limit, the employees of the Moscow State Traffic Safety Inspectorate have issued 79 decisions on administrative offenses,” the official Telegram channel of the department reported on December 16.

It is noted that 70 decisions were made for speeding from 20 to 40 km / h, and 9 more – for speeding from 40 to 60 km / h.

Sanctions for these offenses provide for the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred rubles and from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles, respectively.

Today in Moscow there are two such complexes that record violations in the flow of vehicles “AvtoUragan-MS” and “Cyber-Sheriff”.

On November 8, the Russian State Traffic Inspectorate reminded drivers of the sanctions for driving into the oncoming lane.

According to the department, the administrative responsibility for entering the oncoming lane is provided for by Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. According to the document, a fine of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months is provided for this violation of traffic rules.
