So far nothing unusual or controversial, because we are talking about a renowned actor whose roles in “Narcos”, “Game of Thrones” and “The Mandalorian” have led to earn the affection and respect of the public. What’s weird, though, is the contrast to HBO’s co-star Bella Ramsey, who has earned $70,000 per episode as Ellie.
The difference between the two (Pascal earned 9 times more than Ramsey, pocketing an extra half million per episode) has led people to debate the pay gap between the two. Is it justified? According to those who think so, the actor has a much more extensive and proven career, with his intervention in the series being a greater claim and guarantee for HBO.
On the other hand, those who claim that the difference is exaggerated defend that Ramsey did not come from being a stranger either, but that she had an applauded participation in “Game of Thrones”. In addition, the actress has a similar weight, if not higher, in the plot and with a similar number of lines of dialogue.
