The main women’s team finished preparing to face Atletico-MG, this Thursday (13), and traveled to Minas Gerais, where they will dispute the duel for the seventh round of the Brazilian Women’s Championship, at 7 pm, at Castor Cifuentes Stadium, in Nova Lima (MG).
With a training session in the morning, the team closed the week of activities on the field to return to action after ten days, after a break for the FIFA Date.
In the afternoon, the delegation with 20 players listed for the match left São Paulo for Belo Horizonte and arrived at the site in the early evening. The team is concentrated until the departure time for the game.
The confrontation between the teams will be the second in the history of the main women’s football. The first duel took place the previous year, when the São Paulo team won by the score of 4 to 1, at CFA Laudo Natel, in Cotia.
This Friday’s match will be broadcast by Galo TV and free entry. Tickets will be available on the day of the game, from 5 pm, at the stadium box office. Those who go to the match can donate 1kg of non-perishable food (except salt and cornmeal) and/or a pack of absorbent pads.
All donations will be forwarded to Instituto Galo – responsible for distributing all material collected. The donation is voluntary.
