On Thursday afternoon, police were called to Preemraff’s facility at Hisingen in Gothenburg to arrest a person. Later in the evening, he should have been arrested as a probable suspect – a higher level of suspicion – of corporate espionage, GP writes.

Prosecutor James Von Reis confirms to DN that a person was arrested on Thursday, suspected of corporate espionage and the Security Police say they are also aware of the case.

Preemraff’s press manager, Dani Backteg, tells DN that the information he can contribute at the moment is limited.

– Yesterday afternoon, the police picked up an individual at our refinery. It is an individual who is employed by a subcontractor of ours.
