The Hauts-de-Seine budget surplus falls below the 400 million euro mark

Each year, the presentation of the administrative account of the Hauts-de-Seine departmental council is an opportunity to make predictions concerning the amount of the local authority’s budget surplus. That is the difference between revenue and actual expenditure. And it is counted in hundreds of millions of euros, with an absolute record reached in 2019 and a “kitty” of 664 million euros.
