While the court board explained that the girl was mentally handicapped and therefore did everything the man said, the prosecutor emphasized that the girl’s mental disability was “clearly noticeable” even by ordinary people.

According to the indictment, the young man locked himself in a toilet cabin with the victim and sexually abused her. Traces of Syrian DNA were found in the girl’s genital area.
