Negotiations for a new contract with a major customer in Slovakia have stalled after Slovakia announced restrictions on grain imports from Ukraine, said Dmitry Skornyakov, CEO of Ukrainian agricultural company Harve East.

He added that these developments are not very important to farmers because they came at the end of the season when most of the crop was sold, but it would be a very big problem if it continued during the summer.
