On Monday morning, 5 people died in Vilnius district after a collision between a car and a tractor. Three of them are minors. Although the number of road deaths has decreased drastically over the past decades, traffic safety expert Darius Kanapinskas, interviewed on the LRT TELEVISION program “Svarbi valanda”, emphasizes that the driving culture in Lithuania still has room for improvement.
