Inside, Porsche has integrated the new ‘Porsche Driver Experience’, first introduced in the Taycan, which focuses on the driver’s axis and optimizes operation. The instrument cluster is now a 12.6-inch independent fully digital curved screen in which, depending on the level of equipment, the driver can choose up to seven views in the instrument panel.

The rev counter, online navigation, night vision assistant or the 3D driving assistance system can be selected to be in the foreground. A greatly reduced view and a classic mode are also available, the latter of which transfers the typical layout of Porsche’s five-pipe instrument cluster into the digital age.

The six-cylinder engine also forms the basis of the drive system of the Cayenne E-Hybrid. In combination with a new electric motor that has been improved by 30 kW to 176 PS, the combined power increases to 470 PS. Equipped with a high-voltage battery with a capacity increased from 17.9 kWh to 25.9 kWh, depending on the equipment level, a purely electric range is now possible according to the WLPT of up to 90 kilometers.
