“My purpose is to teach and show people of all ages that with few ingredients you can make many healthy, easy and, above all, very tasty recipes. And one of the keys to my dishes, both in the book and on my Instagram, is that the ingredients that I use are common, very everyday and natural. Everyone can have them in the fridge or in the pantry and I have ideas to prepare them in a different, easy and flavorful way” tells us.

He has more than half a million followers and it has become his livelihood, after leaving his job in the marketing department of a large food company and training in photography and editing courses. “Networks have a very interesting scope if they know how to use them. Consumers use them to feed themselves and have quality information. They helped me a lot since they gave me the possibility of reaching a very wide audience in a very short time.”
