The column pointed out that the most ideal means of intercepting ballistic missiles is to target the middle stage of their flight outside the atmosphere, which is why both China and the United States attach great importance to the development of mid-stage anti-missile interception technology.
According to the military column, China has conducted seven anti-missile interception technology tests so far, all of which were successful. Many people have overlooked a very hidden thing, that is, the difficulty of China’s mid-range anti-missile test has increased.
“Haowai Classmates” believes that in China’s experiments, the maneuvering trajectories of the target missile and the interceptor missile are very complicated, which means that both of them are likely to have undergone drastic orbital changes, which is equivalent to greatly increasing the difficulty threshold of anti-missile interception.
