The project was approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee in September 2022, until today, after a period of active implementation, phase II of the project has been completed on schedule.

At the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea Chun Byung-geuk congratulated the Hanoi Library on being inaugurated after a period of reconstruction and becoming a complex cultural space for residents. The project “Regenerating public libraries for the period 2021-2022” was approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee in Decision No. 3531/QD-UBND dated September 28, 2022; Commencement on 5/11/2022.
