For the anti-wind associations, this is a major victory. At the beginning of March, the prefectures of Oise and Somme published two identical prefectural decrees: ten pages relating to two wind farm projects, that of Balinot, in the municipalities of Frestoy-Vaux (Oise) and Rubescourt (Somme), and that of Frestoy, in the territories of Frestoy-Vaux and Assainvillers (Somme).
