Total assets of Motor Crédito increased 16.6 percent in 2022

This growth is primarily due to the increase in its loan portfolio by 24%, reaching the sum of RD$9,125 million.

Motor Credit, Bank of Savings and Credit, experienced a growth of 16.6% in its total assets in 2022, which translates into a closing of the fiscal period with a balance of RD$11,308 million, over the RD$9,455,260,930 of 2021, according to the performance report of the bank.

Benahuare Pichardo, executive president of the entity, commented that the growth of assets is mainly explained by the growth of its loan portfolio by 24%, reaching the sum of RD$9,125 million. And the deposit portfolio experienced a significant increase of 24% in line with the proposed objectives and supported by a constantly growing depositor base.

And the delinquency levels of the credit portfolio are reported at 1.49%.
