The Ministry of Health’s Committee for the Classification of Countries last night (Wednesday) recommended that the government declare Ireland, Norway, Spain, Finland, France, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates as red states. The decision will take effect on Sunday at midnight (on the night between Sunday and Monday), subject to the approval of the Government and the Knesset’s Constitution Committee.
This is in light of the unencouraging data released by the Ministry of Health this morning regarding the spread of the corona virus, where a high percentage of positives has been recorded for the past three weeks. The coefficient of adhesion remains stable at 1.02.

The criteria for classifying countries as red
The criteria for classifying countries as red are: State reporting of a 10% prevalence of omicron based on A and SGTF or omicron rate among incoming passengers over 5 verified to micron per 10,000 incoming passengers, and also the total omicron rate verified from that country over 10% .Great geographical validity for countries with Incidence above 10%.
