The foregoing, after a hearing held this Saturday, where the judge determined that there is sufficient data for said action, after the fire at the INM provisional station that left 40 dead and 27 injured.
According to what was reported, the crimes for which he is accused are homicide, injury and improper exercise of public service, since the head of the INM failed in his responsibility to provide security to the migrants who were at the station.
After the result, the rear admiral will take his case to the Social Reintegration Center (Cereso) number 3 in Ciudad Juárez.
González Guerrero was arrested on Sunday, April 16, when he was eating at a restaurant on the border, making him the first INM commander to be linked to the fire on March 27.
The hearing is expected to take place next Tuesday against the national head of the INM, Francisco Garduño, after it was suspended on Friday.
