Zuckerman, 18, from the Sdot Yam club, won the world championship at Kate Foyle for youth, which took place in Oman. This is the first World Youth Championship in this model, which will enter the Paris Olympics in 2024. Gal’s victory came at the end of a perfect competition, in which she won all eighteen cruises. This is an almost unprecedented achievement, which individual surfers have achieved in the past. Zuckerman defeated Julia Damascus, the European Senior Champion, who was the favorite candidate to win.
