Legal Norms: appoint provincial and district sub-prefects in various regions

The Government, through the Ministry of the Interior, appointed provincial and district sub-prefects in various regions of the country.

Through respective directorial resolutions, published in the bulletin Legal Regulations of the Official Gazette El Peruanois designated to six provincial sub-prefects in the regions of Ancash (2), Ayacucho (2), Huánuco and Piura.

In addition, 27 provincial sub-prefects in Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Puno and Tacna.

In this sense, it provides that the political authorities must formulate and present the sworn declarations of assets and income; as well as the sworn declarations of interests, in order to comply with the current regulatory framework.

In the same way, it notifies the resolution to the General Command of the National Police of Peru, as well as to the General Office of Human Resources Management and the General Office of Administration and Finance, both of the Ministry of the Interior.

In addition, the appointments are in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of the Executive Power; the Law on Organization and Functions of the Ministry of the Interior and amendments, as well as its regulations; and Supreme Decree 004-2019-JUS, which approves the Single Ordered Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law.
