AS “Latvijas Gāze” (LG) has signed an agreement in mid-April on its wholly owned subsidiary AS “gas” sale to the Estonian company AS “Eesti Gaas”. The transaction still needs to be approved by the government, which is currently awaiting an assessment of its compliance with national security interests.
