The extraordinary session of the National Assembly has started.
Before moving on to the agenda, the President of the RA National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, suggested a minute of silence to honor the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
Artsvik Minasyan, the secretary of the “Hayastan” faction, took the lead.
“Today is the day of the funeral of Artyom Poghosyan, who was killed two days ago by the bullet of the conspiratorial enemy. I suggest that we honor the memory of the brave men who died for the defense of our homeland with a minute of silence,” Minasyan said.
To remind, Artyom Arseni Poghosyan was killed on April 23, around 11:50, in the Armenian position located in the Sotki sector.
