On Monday, May 1, the day will be partly clear at the beginning, gradually increasing cloudiness to cloudy to overcast, in the west of the territory there will be rain or showers in places. The beginning of May will bring further cooling
And during the first week of May, we’ll be cooling down again. On Tuesday, it will be cloudy to cloudy, with rain or showers in most areas. Morning temperatures 6 to 2 °C. Daily temperatures 11 to 15 °C. On Wednesday it will be cloudy to overcast, showers in places, snow on the mountains. Morning temperatures 6 to 2 °C. Daily temperatures 8 to 12 °C. On Thursday it will be cloudy to partly cloudy, occasional showers, snow on the mountains. Morning temperatures 5 to 1 °C. Daily temperatures 6 to 10 °C.
Outlook for May
The very beginning of May will bring further cooling, and spring temperatures of around 15 °C will not return until the end of the first decade of May. This year, this year’s ice men are thus “establishing” this year ahead of time – at the beginning of May. However, temperatures will rise during the second decade of May.
Period 5-10 5. Mostly cloudy – cloudy to overcast, occasional rain or showers, even snowfall in the mountains. Only transiently cloudy. Morning temperatures 7 to 1 °C. Daily temperatures 7 to 13 °C, at the end of the season 13 to 17 °C.
Period 11–20 5. Cloudy to partly cloudy in the first half of the season, occasional rain or showers, occasional thunderstorms. Gradually, partial reduction of cloud cover and precipitation. Morning temperatures 8 to 3 °C, gradually 14 to 10 °C. Daily temperatures 13 to 17 °C, gradually up to 25 °C.
Period 21-31 5. At the beginning of the period, mostly partly cloudy, gradually increasing clouds, in places with occasional rain or showers and thunderstorms. Morning temperatures 13 to 7 °C. Daily temperatures 20 to 26 °C.
Supertropics in Spain
Spain reports another heat wave this week. On Wednesday and Thursday, thermometers in Andalucia around Seville and Córdoba exceeded the super tropical values of 35°C and numerous temperature records were broken. These are temperatures up to 15 °C higher than normal for this period. Spain continues to struggle with drought.
