The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has confirmed the 3-year prison sentence imposed by the First Section of the Provincial Court on a woman who had sexual relations with a minor who, in addition, had a degree of disability of 49% In the sentence, which can be appealed to the Supreme Court, the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJN has also ratified the compensation of 50,000 euros that the victim will receive. The defendant, convicted of a continued crime of sexual assault on a child under 16 years of age, will not be able to approach or communicate with the victim for 8 years.
