Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the road infrastructure of the Mariel Special Development Zone, workers from the Provincial Company for Maintenance of Public Areas stand out due to their results, which is why the center was awarded the National Vanguard status.
The activity undertaken includes gardening services, landscaping, maintenance of green areas and factory works such as bridges, culverts and drainage systems. In the Zone, they serve 92 kilometers of roads and, in addition, 26 of the Pan-American highway and 22 of the northern circuit. On the other hand, they provide services to a group of users of said project, including RESA Caribe, Unilever Suchel, CIGB, Logística Hotelera del Caribe and Nescor.
