Santander, April 27, 2023.- The Provincial Court of Cantabria has acquitted a man who was tried a couple of weeks ago for the theft of three bicycles inside some garages in a Torrelavega building. In its sentence, the Third Section of the Court of Cantabria indicates that the accusation rests on a single proof of charge, such as the discovery in the window of one of the cars parked in the garages of a palm print of the defendant.
