Wayanad: The mission to capture the tiger that landed in the populated area of Wayanad Kurukkanmoola has reached its final stage. The tiger is being monitored by the forerst department in the Begur protected forest area.
For the past 20 days, the tiger has been terrorizing fox inhabitants and killing pets in the area.
When the tiger could not be caught, the locals turned against the forest department. The forest department has made extensive efforts to capture the tiger, including two kunkianas and drones. But for so many days, the tiger had been roaming the area without being apprehended by the search team.
