From the city of Saltillo and after the first exercise carried out last April in Torreón, the candidates for the governorship of Coahuila participate this Monday in the second debate organized by the IEC.
Manolo Jiménez Salinas, postulated by the alliance between PRI, PAN and PRD; Armando Guadiana Tijerina, from Morena; Ricardo Mejía Berdeja, for the PT, and Lenin Pérez, for the UDC and the Green Party, are the candidates who will present their proposals to the electorate this afternoon.
In accordance with the program established by the Electoral Institute of Coahuila (IEC), the topics to be discussed in this second debate are related to Governance and Security, Social Development and Health.
For this exercise, which is based at the Saltillo Desert Museum, there will be a capacity of 265 people and it will not be allowed to hold demonstrations of support or cheers for the candidates for the governorship of Coahuila.
