After fake bank advisers, which have wreaked havoc, another type of scam has been on the rise for several years: the fake savings account. “We encourage you to place money on a site that seems to offer all the guarantees of seriousness but in fact not at all. It is very easy to be cheated because the approach techniques are more and more sophisticated”, summarizes Sébastien Alaire, of the Banques Infos Recours association.
