The Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of Crèdit Andorrà has approved the appointment of Sandra Sieber as an independent director of the Board of Directors of banco.
The incorporation reinforces the corporate governance of the entity in line with the practices of the banking sector on a global scale.
Sieber is a member of the advisory board of companies such as Imagin, BBVA and Asepeyo, and Crèdit Banc has highlighted the added value that it will bring with its career as a specialist in digital transformation.
The new independent director has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and a PhD in Management from IESE Business School.
The president of the Board of Directors of Crèdit Andorrà is Antoni Pintat; the vice president, Jaume Casal; the CEO, Xavier Cornella; together with Sieber, Ramon Aznar, Alfons Casanova, Rosa Pintat, André Roelants appear as advisers; and Àngel Cadena holds the position of secretary.
