The Russian compulsory state genomic registry: the unknown implications on Russian soil of Russia’s war against Ukraine.- Fernando Ruiz Domínguez

When genomic information begins to play a relevant role in a war, it is convenient to analyze the regulatory framework that supports it. There are no coincidences in this field. Much less when they are multiple, accumulate in a very short period of time and affect a specific group or population. In this way, understanding the relationship that unites facts and norms allows us to understand issues that have gone more or less unnoticed separately, but that, put together on the analysis table, offer a unique mosaic vision that will surprise more than one. Russia’s war against Ukraine is also being fought on other battlefronts that are not so obvious.
