The native of the 5th arrondissement of the commune of Libreville, Estuary province, Olivier Nang-Ekomiye, who is also Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, proceeded last weekend to the Ozoungué village district, to in service of an ultra-modern 110 meter deep borehole. These populations had been without drinking water for more than 15 years.



As a good soldier, the native of the 5th arrondissement, accompanied by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Digital Economy, Huguette Blanche Abodo Yombiyeni, the Minister of Public Works, Toussaint Nkouma Emane and the former native ministers of the said arrondissement, in particular Ndong Meyo and Gisèle Akore, all attended the commissioning of this borehole for the benefit of the populations.



During this ceremony, the Minister reminded his brothers and sisters of political leaders and executives of the 5th arrondissement to unite and maintain a sense of solidarity. ” Today, like yesterday, the daughters and sons of the 5th arrondissement must keep and maintain the sense of solidarity and fraternity.
