Hundreds of people, family members, friends and acquaintances accompanied the late Rabbi Avraham Rosenstein, who died at the cost of his life after a serious illness, when he was only 35 years old, this afternoon (Sunday).

At the funeral, which took place from his home on Rashbi Street in Modi’in Illit, short eulogies were given. His orphaned children recited the Kaddish, after which the participants accompanied the bed for long minutes.

As narrated in Kikar Hashabat, the deceased was born in Bnei Brak to his father, Rabbi Aryeh Rosenstein, in his youth, and in his youth he studied and was educated at the Viznitz institutions. After his marriage, he worked for several years on Kol Barama radio as the editor of the main edition and then moved to work in the Afikim advertising agency.

His acquaintances in the community of the followers of Viznitz tell of the late R. Avraham who was enlightened to all around him, sets times for the Torah, and a father devoted to his children, who fell ill more than a year ago with the well-known disease Rachel, and has since suffered severe torments.

In recent days his condition has deteriorated further and many have prayed for his healing, until tonight he returned his soul to its creator to the chagrin of his family, and many acquaintances in the community.

On his death he left behind his wife and four children, parents, brothers and sisters, uncles and family members mourning the great loss.
