Zelensky: we will not attack Putin or Moscow

“Ukraine will not attack Russia or its president, but will defend its independence and territorial integrity.” This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Helsinki, following the Scandinavian-Ukrainian summit. He added that in Ukraine there is a shortage of weapons that ensure its protection, so the Ukrainian army does not use them anywhere but on the battlefield.
