The meeting was attended by the foreign ministers of Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, which share Afghanistan’s borders, as well as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. India has stated that it will co-operate with these countries in a number of projects in the areas of trade, connectivity and development. The foreign ministers of the five countries are expected to meet the Prime Minister today.
